Right of withdrawal

The most important point first: for digital activation codes the right of withdrawal lapses as soon as we have begun issuing the code and you have expressly agreed to that. A code already delivered cannot be returned — it is issued for your vehicle and is unusable by anyone else.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The period begins when the contract is concluded.

Exercising the right

To withdraw, a clear statement to us is sufficient — by email, letter or WhatsApp. Sending the statement before the deadline expires is enough to meet it. No form is required; the following wording suffices:

I hereby withdraw from the contract I concluded for the following service: [description]. Ordered on: [date]. Reference number: [number]. Name and address: [details].

Consequences of withdrawal

Upon effective withdrawal we refund all payments received without delay, at the latest within fourteen days of receiving the statement. The refund is made using the same payment method you used when ordering. No costs arise for you.

Lapse for digital content

The right of withdrawal lapses early if we have begun performance after you expressly agreed that we may begin before the withdrawal period expires, and you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We obtain this consent during the order.

In practice: as long as we have not yet issued the code, you can withdraw. After that you cannot. If you are unsure whether a map generation suits your car — ask us first. We check it against the chassis number free of charge.

Services on the vehicle

For services too, the right of withdrawal lapses once we have fully performed the service at your express request before the period expired.
